Meet Mark Chiapetto
For nearly 40 years, Mark Chiapetto has helped individuals and organizations unlock their leadership potential.
From frontline sales to executive leadership, Mark has led organizations responsible for more than $250 million in annual revenue, managing teams ranging from 6 to over 120 sales and management professionals.
Today, as Founder and President of LE&D Leadership Group LLC, Mark combines executive leadership experience with professional coaching and experiential learning to help individuals and organizations become more effective leaders.
As a Certified Leadership Coach through Coaching 4 Today's Leaders, Mark has designed and facilitated leadership programs for more than 30 years, impacting over 300 leaders in corporate organizations, healthcare practices, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and community groups.
Mark is also the creator of EALP (Equine Assisted Leadership Programs), where horses become powerful teachers of leadership, communication, trust, and emotional intelligence.
